A Different Way to Learn. A Place to Belong.
Choosing the right school is about more than academic results. It is about finding an environment where your child feels known, valued and inspired to learn.
Perth Montessori offers a distinctive educational experience within a small, welcoming school community in Burswood.
Our Montessori approach encourages students to:
- Think independently – develop curiosity, confidence and the ability to solve problems.
- Learn at their own pace – experience appropriate challenge and support through individualised learning.
- Discover their strengths – explore academic, creative and personal interests.
- Become confident leaders – develop responsibility, collaboration and initiative through our mixed-age classrooms.
- Feel a genuine sense of belonging – build meaningful relationships in a supportive school community.
Here, children are encouraged to do more than achieve. They are inspired to think, question, create and discover what they are capable of.

How to Apply
We have designed a straightforward application process to help families share their child’s strengths, interests and aspirations.
Step 1 – Complete the Online Application Form
Tell us about your child and the scholarship category for which they wish to apply.
Step 2 – Provide Supporting Documents
Submit your child’s two most recent school reports, available NAPLAN results and any relevant examples of achievements, projects or participation.
Your child is asked to write a brief supporting statement detailing their achievements, strengths and interest in becoming a member of our Upper Primary Community. We ask that you offer encouragement and support, but please allow your child to express and compose their own statement. This statement should be roughly 200 to 300 words and uploaded as an attachment.
Step 3 – Meet Our School Community
Shortlisted applicants and their families may be invited to meet with our Principal and participate in a school visit or observation.
Step 4 – Scholarship Offers
Successful families will receive a formal scholarship offer outlining the conditions of the award and the enrolment process.
