How to Pay your School Fees

Perth Montessori uses Westpac PayWay to securely process all fee payments. You can be assured that your payment details and processing method is safe and secure using PayWay.

To set up your payments for 2025, please refer to email sent at the start of January containing your invoice and specific instructions for PayWay. Links and prompts are also included below for you to follow.

Payment Options

As per the 2025 Fee Schedule and Policy, you may choose to pay your fees as an upfront lump sum, per term or in monthly installments.

Your preferred payment option will determine how to set up your details for PayWay.

OPTION 1. Annual Payment
ONE payment due by 01/02/25 with a 6.0% discount on tuition.
CUSTOMER SET UP – 1 PAYMENT BY DIRECT DEBIT
PAY NOW – MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT BY DUE DATE WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY
OPTION 2. Termly Payment
FOUR equal payments due: 15/01/25; 15/04/25; 15/07/25; 15/10/25.
CUSTOMER SET UP – 4 PAYMENTS VIA DIRECT DEBIT
PAY NOW – MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT BY DUE DATE WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY
OPTION 3. Monthly Istallments
TEN equal monthly payments debited on the 15th from January to October 2025.
Must be set up via Westpac PayWay DIRECT DEBIT.
CUSTOMER SET UP – 10 PAYMENTS VIA DIRECT DEBIT

Pay Playgroup Fees

Term Pass (unlimited attendance) – $350
10 Session Pass – $200
Casual Pass – $25 (one session)

Use Payway to make a one-off payment for the cost of your preferred option.

Further Information

For direct debits, you are required to accept the Direct Debit Service Agreement before proceeding with the set up. Once you have completed the online registration, you will be asked to download a copy of your Direct Debit Service Agreement. Please keep this for your records.
